Entries for NZB’s 2026 Ready to Run Sale of 2YOs are now open via the NZB Portal, with the Sale to be held at the Karaka Sales Centre on 18 and 19 November. This year’s Breeze Ups are set to take place on Monday 12 and Tuesday 13 October at Te Rapa.

Graduates of this Sale have claimed 33 Group Ones and 115 stakes wins in the last five seasons, while Australia’s combined two-year-old sales have had just two Group One successes in that time.

This season alone, the Sale has produced 26 black type wins through the likes of Ceolwulf, Mr Brightside, War Machine, Asterix, Patch of Stars and Single Choice, alongside many emerging stars like Hong Kong Derby winner, Invincible Ibis.

The results of this exceptional Sale continue to reach new heights both on the racetrack and in the sale ring. NZB have seen three consecutive record-breaking editions, with the 2025 Sale delivering increases across all key sale indicators. The aggregate climbed to a record $41.4 million, alongside a record median of $100,000 and a record average of $156,255.

Breeze Ups are set to take place on Monday 12 and Tuesday 13 October at Te Rapa.
“This Sale continues to reach new heights on the racetrack and in the sale ring, with three consecutive record-breaking editions,” commented NZB Managing Director Andrew Seabrook.

"The results in the ring have grown rapidly year-on-year, with the aggregate rising 74% over seven years - from $23.8 million in 2019 to $41.4 million in 2025.”

"These results are driven by our commitment to ensuring the strongest buying bench from Hong Kong, Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia, China and beyond are all in attendance and bidding.”
