On a quiet day for the Mick Price and Michael Kent Jnr stable, their hopes of a winner at Flemington will lie with a trio of three-year-old stayers in heat four of the Mahogany Series.

She's Got The Cash (NZ) (Turn Me Loose), Engine Of War (NZ) (Circus Maximus) and Rockette (So You Think) are all set to contest the 2000m contest which culminates on Winter Championship's Day in a 2500m Final, but Kent Jnr said it would be unlikely all three would make it that far.

She's Got The Cash finished second to Brave Danza (Brave Smash) over the same track and distance last start, whom she'll meet 5 kilograms better off at the weights for a one-length defeat.

"We're going to have three in that race," Kent Jnr said.

"She's Got The Cash was good last start, I thought she was over the odds there. She won a weak maiden but she sat deep and won by four lengths at Moe.

"We were hoping she'd get 2000m and she did, she was well ridden and stuck on well.

"She'll have to train on the right way, she's a lighter framed filly and that's probably the only question mark: how much is left in her this preparation, but she's going to be right there."

She'll likely be joined by one-time Victoria Derby favourite Engine Of War, who was last seen finishing down the track in the Gr.1 South Australian Derby (2500m) and will also accept in Sydney.

"Engine Of War had the right form, he was probably the run of the race in the Chairman's the week prior to the South Australian Derby," Kent Jnr said.

"I thought he was a better run than the horse who won the Derby and the horse who ran third in the Derby, but then the rain arrived and he just didn't like it.

"He'll have a dual entry for Sydney. A three-year-old, 2000m at Randwick and if that's better conditions, he could have a look up there."

Lightly raced So You Think filly Rockette has also accepted at Flemington having finished second at Sale against the older horses and is a chance to head down the Mahogany Final path, alongside Engine Of War.

"I'd say She's Got The Cash might not make it that far, but we'd love Engine Of War and maybe Rockette to get there," Kent Jnr said.
